Kristal is highly qualified and has over 20 years experience in working with people across a variety of services. These include crisis and acute care, community, maternal mental health, psycho-geriatric, corrections, school (youth), primary health and forensics, domestic violence and a range of educational and workforce development providers. 

Kristal also works in a wide range of roles including advisory and consultation, teaching, facilitation, nursing, education, and research.
